Returns & Refunds

I take pride in a job well done and strive for excellent customer service.  Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns with a potential or completed order.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me to see what we can work out. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance, so returns, as long as product is in good condition, are generally accepted.  I will reimburse for return shipping only if the problem is my doing. In 15 years of designing, creating, and selling hair accessories, I have had no reports of defects, so you can rest easy. ツ

To make a return, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  The item must be received by me within 14 days of that first return email and be in resellable condition in order for the purchase price to be refunded. Please feel free to contact me for clarification.

REPAIRS:  I accept returns for repairs with the understanding that I may not be able to return the item to it's original condition.  (I will let you know if I need to make a significant change before making the final repair.)  There will be charges involved, such as shipping to return the items to you, or for supplies that were needed to make the repairs.  I try to keep these costs to a minimum.
